Short profile:

Peter has worked for the PAS as a FLO since 2003. He studied archaeology and history at the University of Wales: Bangor and also has a Master's degree in Landscape Archaeology from the University of Sheffield. Peter's career has been varied working in Wales , Ireland , and south-east England as a field archaeologist, exhibition officer, and as an assistant archaeological advisor. Peter is a member of the Chartered Institute of Archaeologists (MCIfA); this is awarded to those with the greatest level of responsibility and competence within the Historic Environment sector.

Peter's main area of interest is the Bronze Age and later prehistory, but he also has a passion for the archaeology and artefacts of the Anglo-Saxon period.
